I must admit, I’m a sucker for these diet fads – not actually trying them (ahem… well, not all of them) but reading about them. What crazy diets have tried? I know you’ve all tried the cabbage soup diet at least! Check these out:

THE COCONUT DIET – just add coconut milk, oil, meat and clear coconut water to your daily diet. Apparently it aids weight loss.
