Beauty Crush: Ananda Marchildon
Ananda Marchildon, winner of Holland’s Next Top Model, cycle 4, was told by her modelling agency that she was two fat on her hips to model. Seriously?
The Daily Beast reports: “When Elite sent Marchildon packing, it claimed that her hips, measuring 92 centimeters (36¼ inches)… just too broad for her to get work. Marchildon starved herself and exercised relentlessly to try to lose the required two centimeters, but to no avail. A spokesman from Elite Models allegedly said that because of her “fat ass,” she was unfit for modeling.”
Luckily, she took them to court and won her case. So, just because of that we are making her our second beauty crush of the week. Well done for fighting back!
